Refund policy

At Novel Nation, we aim to provide transparent and high-quality services. Our refund policy is straightforward and applies to specific scenarios outlined below.

Novel Nation does not offer refunds for direct service charges related to execution services (such as new connections, technician visits, installations, moving services, or bill payments). However, as a mediator, we assist customers in claiming refunds directly from service providers, including Xfinity, Dish, and others, if applicable.

Refunds for eligible services typically take 7 business days to process.
All refund requests must be reviewed and verified to ensure they meet our criteria or that of the service provider.

Execution fees charged by Novel Nation for services such as technician visits, service installations, or moving services are non-refundable, as these are payments for work directly carried out by Novel Nation on behalf of the customer.

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team with the following:

• Service request details
• Service provider name (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, Xfinity, Dish, etc.)
• Reason for the refund request

Once reviewed, Novel Nation will guide you through the process of claiming a refund with the service provider if eligible.
